The apartments on this site are the ones we manage ourselves. We also work with housing partners across the country to place individuals and teams in furnished housing in other cities. AMP handles the billing, so your company still receives one monthly invoice from us.

What's included?

Furniture, linens and towels, a full kitchen, a desk, a smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. Utilities and parking are included in the monthly rate, so there are no utility accounts to open.

What's the minimum stay?

30 nights. If you need more time, ask us about extending month to month.

Can you bill our company directly?

Yes. We invoice the company once a month and give you one contact for every apartment on the account.

Can you house a whole team?

Yes. Depending on availability, we can place several people in the same community, and our two-bedroom, two-bath layouts can work for coworkers sharing. Send us the headcount and dates and we'll put together options.

What if we need a city you're not in?

We work with housing partners in other markets. Tell us where your people need to be and we'll look for furnished housing there. If we place the stay, AMP handles the billing.

Are pets allowed? Is there a deposit?

Many of our apartments allow pets for a fee, so ask about the one you're interested in. We also collect a refundable security deposit, subject to the terms of your stay.
